THOOSA FOUND


Whilst researching a little piece about the Fartlek training (more of which later this week), we came across this fantastic article, by Miles Dickson, about barefoot running. Whilst personally I don’t feel established enough as a runner to start trying out new techniques etc, I thought this sounded really interesting.
