THOOSA'S NOVEMBER - RUNNING EVENTS

If you’re running in some of these events this coming month Thoosa offers you a huge good luck. If you’re feeling inspired there’s still time to sign up, or you could just go along and show your support.

14 November 2010

• The Dalby Dash (http://www.dalbydash.com/)

10km run taking place in North Yorkshire on Remembrance Sunday, held by one of the official ‘Help the Heroes’ charities.

• Poppy Half Marathon (http://www.bexhillrunners.co.uk/)

The finish line is lined with cakes apparently!

21 November 2010

• Movember 5km (http://www.thefixevents.com/)

Take in the beauty of Battersea Park whilst running in aid of the Prostate Cancer Charity. Fancy dress and moustaches optional!

• Gosport Half Marathon (http://www.gosportroadrunners.org.uk/)

There’s still time to sign up for this, mainly off road, course. Closing date for online entries is 19 November.

• Leeds Abbey Dash (http://www.ageuk.org/)

Apparently this 10km flat route has personal best potential, and heaps of entertainment along the route.

28 November 2010

• Swansea Santa Jog (http://www.bhf.org.uk/)

Christmas will come early along this 5km route where adults can walk, jog or run in Father Christmas fancy dress.

• No Walk In The Park (http://ndrc.co.uk/)

New runners are welcome on this 5km run. Registration takes place on the day.
